		<description>Sorry to hear about your dad, but you are right. No amount of worrying will change anything except your state of health. I&#039;ve made a big effort this past year or more to not worry about things. I&#039;ve had pretty good success. Trail running with my friends is huge for me, I look forward to every run. That and my family can&#039;t be replaced. See you tonight.</description>
