Hi Susan,

We met very briefly this past weekend at the Superior 100. What a fabulous experience (sure to become only more fabulous, as the time continues to pass from my last step off the trail)!

I was checking the website for results and I had also wondered how you fared with all the rain & chill -- so I Googled you and found this nice website. Wow--you are quite the experienced and accomplished woman. I thought I recognized you/your name from somewhere--I must've come across some of your results and work in Trailrunner, etc.

I'm sure you had another great race. I had a wonderful race---Unfortunately, I was pulled at Cramer for being 20 minutes late for cutoff. But, I wasn't going to let that stop me. So, I finished anyway--in a mere 44.25 hours! It was awesome; "Relentless forward motion" + a little Peristence & Perseverance".

Good luck at Ozark 100---That was initially my 100 choice, until we rescheduled for Superior. It looks beautiful! ---Joli Vollers
